That was never a rule or part of a referee instruction.

If you're associated, or play for Man Utd, you get favourable decisions.
If you don't, you don't get favourable decisions.
@BBCSport @BBCNews If they don’t know the rules. Why are they all being paid 150k per week? In my day the players knew the rules of the game. These days players are more interested in their feelings and being on Twitter.
@BBCSport We know the rules still award a penalty if you kick your opponent in your penalty area
