BREAKING: For the fourth time this week, the Supreme Court has voted 6-3 to clear the way for a last-minute federal execution before Trump leaves office. Justices Breyer and Sotomayor write dissents. Justice Kagan also notes her dissent.

His execution was stayed, but Trump’s DOJ asked SCOTUS to allow the execution. In another 6-3 ruling, Trump’s packed SCOTUS agreed.

Tonight #DustinHiggs was executed for a crime someone else confessed to.

His last words were, “I am an innocent man. I did not order the murders."

Sadly, much of the media and many members of the Washington establishment want to deceive Americans into thinking those who raised concerns incited violence, simply by voicing the concern. That’s false. And the allegation itself is corrosive and dangerous.

Crow is right. Numerous House Rs have received death threats in the past week, and I know for a fact several members *want* to impeach but fear casting that vote could get them or their families murdered.

Not spinning or covering for anyone. Just stating the chilling reality.

I want everyone to think about
riot instigator Lauren Boebert
setting off a metal detector in the Capitol,
refusing to let her bag be searched,
and eventually just being allowed in anyway.

Now imagine the response if Ilhan Omar pulled that & was allowed to enter.

President Donald Trump speaking now: "The 25th Amendment is of zero risk to me but will come back to haunt Joe Biden and the Biden administration. As the saying goes, be careful what you wish for."

Trump’s first public address after the insurrection; facing removal from office he threatens the incoming administration.

“be careful what you wish for.”
