Speaker Pelosi and Majority Leader Schumer—why are American troops who are tasked with keeping security at the Capitol being forced to sleep in a parking lot?
They deserve to be treated with respect, and we deserve answers.
This is wrong and must be fixed now. But it’s despicable that @gopleader is falsely blaming the Speaker and Leader by (again) spreading misinformation that could get people killed.
This was a Capitol Police decision — the Speaker and Leader have no authority over them.
